Erik Fischer began his legal career in 1986 when he was appointed as a Deputy District Attorney for the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Erik excelled at his job and tried his first murder case within six months of his admittance to the bar. Erik has extensive legal training in handling numerous misdemeanor and felony matters from DUI’s to First Degree Murders. His last several years at the District Attorney’s Office, Erik concentrated his practice on white collar crimes where he was able to utilize his strong business background.

After leaving the Denver District Attorney’s Office, Erik began his private practice emphasizing both civil and criminal litigation. He joined his father in 1998 to form Fischer & Fischer, LLP. Erik has been able to combine his business knowledge and trial experience to build a civil and criminal practice. His vast trial experience, which includes over 300 jury trials, hundreds of other trials, motions, hearings and thousands of court appearances, has earned him the reputation as an extremely tough, talented litigator who is willing to apply every ethical means to the benefit of his clients.

Erik Fischer can back up his claims with experience and results. He has tried cases in both Federal and State court, and his impressive trial experience (more than 300 jury trials) places him at the top of lawyers in the state.

Erik is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
