Joshua Taylor is a native of Casper, Wyoming, where he also began his legal career as a law clerk in the Seventh Judicial District. After serving two years as a law clerk, Joshua was appointed a Deputy County Attorney and Prosecutor with the Fremont County Attorney’s Office where within a year he was handling 1st degree Sexual Assault cases. The Laramie County District Attorney’s Office then invited Joshua to join its ranks. He eventually served as the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (“HIDTA”) prosecutor for South East Wyoming and was appointed a Special Assistant United States Attorney for his efforts. During his tenure as a HIDTA attorney, Joshua prosecuted a wide range of criminal activity in State and Federal proceedings such as: drug murders, money laundering, trafficking, and importation of illicit precursors.
Joshua utilizes his extensive successful trial experience in his practice: he practices in the areas of criminal defense, administrative law, family law and probate matters.
