David A. Mestas began his practice in 1990 with the firm of Gerash, Robinson & Miranda in Denver, Colorado.  There he gained experience in criminal matters matters ranging from DUI's to felonies, as well as personal injury cases.  Subsequently, David formed the Denver law firm of Willett & Mestas, LLC, and was the managing partner for six years.  He provided personal, zealous representation for individuals charged with crimes and vigoursly purused compensation for persons injured by the negligence of others.  In July 2005, David joined the firm of Fischer & Fischer, LLP where he continues to focus his practice on criminal defense matters and Plaintiff's personal injury cases. 

David's negotiation skills and trial experience allow him to represent his clients in a manner few other attorneys in the Northern Colorado area can match.  David was born and raised in Fort Collins and has returned to serve the citizens of Northern Colorado.
